tests. They only require you to be completed your previous degree in the
English Language.

How to Apply for the HKPFS 2023-24
Candidates completing all the eligibility requirements
make an online Initial application through the Hong Kong Fellowship electronic
system to obtain the HKPFS reference
number before the 1st of December 2022.
Interested candidates can select any two programs two
department or any two universities to pursue their Ph.D. degree under HKPFS
2023/24. Applicants should complete their requirements for their selected
universities and their program.
Some universities are willing to consider immediate
applications before the completion of the deadline. So the candidates are
suggested to process their initial applications as earlier as possible to get
the chance of being selected.
